Both sides have dropped the case with prejudice and he's already told the school he's leaving. Reports have been that a major team has been courting him. The only name I've heard so far is Notre Dame.
Teams pay players illegally for years. But make it legal and everyone's all "Stop BYU! They're paying players... just like everyone else!"
U'll believe what you want to believe, but people I trust are saying that the number reported on the Internet is overstated. I'm sure he's getting paid, but...
Doesn't answer my question, and I agree. But thanks.
Let's say UC San Diego got to the Elite 8 and lost. Are they a Cinderella? Or only if they won the whole thing?
I'm having an argument with a co-worker.
Can a team only be called Cinderella in the tournament if they win the whole thing?
Or if a low seed advances to the second weekend or beyond, is that enough for them to be considered a Cinderella? They don't have to win it all to be called a Cinderella.
BYU does it again and beats Arizona on their court by one. First back-to-back wins against ranked opponents in over 30 years. And only the 2nd time Coach Lloyd has lost in 45 or so games when they score over 90.
