I always thought they we should have a user coaches All-Conference or All-American teams.
The thing is that we can only nominate players from other user teams and not our own. It would take a little time on everyone's part but it would be pretty neat to do at season's end.

I like the All Conference votes at the end of the season idea. Maybe put a poll up for each position 24 hour voting window. SBC coaches vote SBC MWC vote MWC.
