How is their SEC schedule not even balanced? This is a really stupid sport.

I'm guessing they are the "road" team against Florida this year. That schedule is a joke. Even the conference games... woof.

Kentucky- BAD
Mizzou- BAD
Auburn- BAD
Sakerlina- BAD
Vandy- VERY BAD

It's a schedule built so even in the worst case scenario numbskulls can go "they went 12-1 and got da SEC on the gloves"

Holy shit, first reel competition isnt until Oct 28th. The absolute worst they should do with that clownshow of a schedule is 11-1.

The great SEC where Georgia plays LSU or Alabama every 10 years and plays 3 FCS-level teams in OOC.

College football is really the ideal American sport - pursue profit at the expense of everything else including what made people want to consume your product in the first place and then blame college kids when it all blows up in your face!

Honestly makes it even sweeter to watch programs get pumped NIL money and then go 5-7.

I think this is sort of a transitional period. Before too long we'll have league-type conferences(20+ programs) with some relative guidelines for NIL caps. It'll be about your conference brand and massive media deals/lucrative player contracts to keep the premire athletes coming.
