I set a speed strutting record for the steamboat office in the forest service pack test. 33 minutes for 3 miles with a 50lb pack, no running allowed.

As much as I hate to say it, there's a big reason why the US has been so dominant in sled hockey like it has been in women's soccer. The talent pool is so much wider.

I have no fucking clue. I played a lot of true mixed curling like you described and it was a lot of fun. Won a couple of in-house events at my club. It helped that one of the women that was on my team played on a national level womens team and just did mixed curling for practice.

Short track speedskating is the weirdest shit lol. Literally every race at least two fall and one is disqualified for causing a crash.

The best strategy seems to be either first so you avoid the crashes or dead last and just wait for everyone in front of you to crash and you cruise into 2nd.
