Stephen McDonald
#967 ( #34 C)
OVR:73 (+5)
Great depth sign. Won't need to make an immediate impact which will give him time to add some weight to his 6'2 273 frame.
Adam Woods
#884 ( #50 G)
OVR:74 (+6)
Woods was a nice find from Tennessee. He wanted to commit early to focus on his final high school season. Will need to work on his run blocking during his redshirt year but will likely move in to a starting role as a redshirt freshman.
Michael Landry
#242 ( #8 SS)
OVR:76 (+2)
Georgia native who looks to enroll during the spring semester to get a leg up. More than likely will redshirt. Not stellar at any one thing but also isn't deficient and any skill either.
Quinn Johnson
#179 ( #24 HB)
OVR:73 (+2)
Johnson is a nice local kid who decided to stay in state and go to his father's alma mater. No flashy attributes but no holes either. Will redshirt and then probably find the field due to the upperclassman having injury problems.
Bo Golden
#198 ( #10 TE)
OVR:73 (-1)
Golden doesn't have the size most teams would like in a TE (6'1 228) but has a decent set of hands on him. He won't be asked to stretch the field with his 75 speed but will be a reliable target in the middle of the field.
Kyle Newton
#708 ( #56 OLB)
OVR:74 (+5)
Newton is a nice Florida find. Has decent coverage skills but will need to add some bulk to his 6'0 195lb frame to play in the ACC.
Andrew McDonald
#283 ( #46 ATH)
OVR:67 (-1)
McDonald is a big athlete who is going to play football and basketball at North Carolina. His primary focus will be football. His 6'5 230lb frame will likely be a TE/WR or fullback.
Al Doty
#475 ( #21 MLB)
OVR:72 (+3)
Doty will be a hole plugger in the Tar Heel defence. What he lacks in coverage ability he makes up for in tackling ability.
