Freaking North Carolina finishing with a flourish and #2. However, they won't be in the ACC Championship and #1 Penn State is almost assured a berth in the BCS.

ACC might get shut out if someone leap frogs UNC. Wake, Notre Dame and Cinci are all going to be tied at 7-2. Who will represent their side out of the conference?

Also if you have PHOF nominees post them in that thread with their bona fides.
