Speed in OOTP is weird. Only Billy Hamilton has 80 (or really, 95) speed in real life, but in the game everyone is scaled up.

rating stops at 80 but really goes to 90 at least. a 200/250 is an 80 and I think each level is 20-25. so if you actually made them correctly there would be hardly any 80s in ootp.
