I really like that trade for both sides. Figs keeps a first rounder and gets a really solid OF. OU picks up 2 high picks and goes high risk, high reward with that catcher.

I'm all about those risks. Him being a DH makes it a lesser risk but dude could be a phenom if he pans out. 40+ HR with a high BA. OBP will be shit doe :laughing:

He is who my scout (I know) had as his #1 for potential starzzzzzz.

In my Socialist minors, he'd be a C/1B/DH combo

I'll get his ratings up at 1st and C but I see him getting to the league in 3-4 years when Vis is still the man. Vis is a much better catcher. Ammar is a much better 1B. To the DH he goes

I dont know what ratings to trust my scout or OSA. My scout thinks he is 75% of the player OSA does. I keep forgetting about DH doe. I dont think those catcher ratings will budge.



Also, some of those OOTP 15 features sound nice.

I always go with like 27 on my 40-man for this very reason. A little risky during ST but it helps a ton with financials.

OK will to trade cheap LF Michele Bucci (good vs. LHP and great defensive LF)

Also willing to trade 1B/3B/RF Hersek Ertegun (great vs LHP, solid overall player about 2 WAR maybe more in the right park and arb-1 guy)

Willing to part with any SP I have other than Tang, Kusama and Schulz. You can convert 2-3 of my RP into SPs that'll be quality too.

Will trade picks or prospects too. I have some good pitching prospects in the lower minors/two reel e. good ones in AAA who are ready now and can both start (Franco/Karpenkov).

Want: Guy who can play either 1B/LF/CF/RF and is LH with gap/power. Prefer good defensively too. Willing to take on salary as long as the deal isn't long. Dominant RP.

Well I did it because cleaning up my Minors was going to be a chore. Then it added to my 40 so now I have 37 guys on that.

I did AI set up minors too and hated it. I do have them set up minor league lineusp then adjust a little for prospects to get more cracks at it.

Yeah that's what I do. Put players in the levels I want them in and then generate lineups and staffs. I'll tweak from there if needed, but force start fixes most of it.
