Buffalo needs to fire their hitting coach. That should be the most important thing this off-season.
Probably didn't make enough, I didn't get bumped the year I only made $8M. I got bumped the next year when I made $48M or something like that.
I'll get that fixed right now.
went without this year and I didn't like it. Traded Ammar for Sauce (20 HRs) and Seggy for Rep (30 HRs). Also Jihad for Numad which is only like 10 but still. I guess Rojas did have a down year, I just have 3-4 guys whose cap is probably 10 or less
Second highest slugging in the league. Still had power.

Lord my team sucked last year. Hitting completely fell off and the bullpen was in shambles
So waiting to offer Joe Kirk an extension paid off. One more year of minimum. Center field and catcher are gonna be question marks for me this offseason. Not sure if thien thu is ready. DaviD Lopez is however and will be manning 3B for me. Hate to let Toby Butcher go as good as he was for me over the last half of the season...but the future is now and he's not getting any younger. Also, Lopez is just better, lol

Lots of guys who I'd be willing to move
C - Mark 'Panic' Coates - perfect platoon guy, but probably deserves a full time gig. Had a 1.8 WAR in only 63 starts.
3B - Norman 'Music' Bradnock - came back to reality this season, but still a good option at third. I have younger guys I'd prefer to put in.
LF - Jae-Hong Hong - Coming off a 3 WAR season, was a big part in our turnaround. But I've got too many options at left field, someone has to go (would also move the three guys I've got in AAA).
SP/CL - Paco Duran - errbody knows Paco. Might be time to move him to the bullpen, but if he could stay healthy as a starter he'd be elite. Just can't cut it in my preferred four man rotation.
I've got a handful of other pitchers I could move too, just inquire.

All I can find is negotiate an extension, but no option to just execute the team option.
Is it time to do that now? Or is that after arbitration?

Forgive me for my dumb. If we submit a contract offer and withdraw their arb offer, they'll still sign right? Just dont want to lose some key guys and i dont want arb to muck things up
