It isnt an everytime this is how it works thing. You probably would have lost a few mill off your budget if you hadn't made the playoffs tho. What im saying is adding playoff revenue helps your overall revenue and you cant argue that

1. Buffalo -- Didn't love their off-season. Still maybe the most complete team in the SL but lost some key cogs and didn't really add anyone. Pitching wise still very solid and still the best overall team in the league. Offense will be fine too and I don't expect huge drop offs. I would go for it again if I were them.

2. BA -- The biggest movers of the last off-season. The Kasib move got the headlines but adding a Taso in center, Vis at catcher and DLS at 1B were probably more important additions to a team needing hitting. The bullpen could get a little better and my main issue with their off-season is they didnt get a DH with guys like Fazackerly and Ruiz getting one -year deals at good rates. The other issue was a 35-year old DLS getting 3/45 and a 31-year old catcher in Vis getting 5/65 to take him into his late 30s. But for BA, they're going for it and with a deal for an upgrade at DH and bullpen (and maybe another ace), they'd be my favorite in the SL.

3. Kabul -- Liked what they did in the off-season. Replaced Ruiz with Fazackerly was a nice move (good luck playing in the field though). But they had a weak bullpen and got Lippy on an OK contract but got Black Magic on an absolute steal of a deal for now a very good 7-8-9 in the bullpen. Seguin deal got them a better SP. I still think not enough SP to win in the playoffs.

4. False Bay -- Yes they lost the best pitcher this league has ever seen. Yes they lost some other places but I actually like what they did. Like Seoul in the NL, their main problem has been superstars surrounded by shitty role players. The Connor deal was very smart. The Goodwin/Charles contracts were both really smart. Probably need someone from the BA trade to be #5 SP but a lineup with Vajarov at the 9 hole and the defensive adjustments make this team really good still. The other thing is they have so many draft picks from the Kasib deal that they have assets.

5. Cairo -- Very close to the playoffs and probably a 90-win or so team. Have a really good 1-6 in lineup but 7-9 have serious holes. I really like the rotation but the Rivera/Silky contracts have really handcuffed this team. Could use dumping a contract and something at 1B, 2B and 3B.

6. Australia -- Team in purgatory and a huge drop from #5.

7. Key West -- Year 7 of the rebuild... still not close although they have a nice #1 SP.

8. Baton Rogue -- I give Reel credit for trying to fill out the team. But just a bunch of random FAs and the pitching staff should be decent. The Kim contact is cray cray though and this is coming from someone who loves him and signed him to a 3-year deal. Offense is a dumpster fire.

9. Little Rock -- Have fun with the rebuild.

That sucks... this is a huge change in the game. I don't really like it at all. I get if those guys ask for $2-3m more per year from a team that didn't make the playoffs the year before. But to not even have a meeting is just flat out dumb.

1. Your lineup is still really good. If anyone out there needs bats, they still have a few good ones.
2. LAWD Punchy Wong has gone to hell. My scout had him dropping from 65 to 45 stuff and velocity from 97-99 to 90-92 on the April devo update.

So for example a player could have 90 everything in all infield ratings except iDP (infield turn double play). If he was under 20 in iDP he wouldn't qualify to increase his defense at third.

Some strange things are happening. I had 43k (sellout) opening day then 25k the second game. Rest of the week was over 35k.

Odd too the third game I had with Moscow I won 1-0 with just three baserunners. No XBHs in the game for either team.

I have had similar turnout. Opening day was the only near sell out. Just doesn't make sense based on my fan interest and loyalty that season tickets would go down and attendance would take a hit after winning it all.

I had 48.6k opening day. Dropped down to 32k for rest of games against baton Rouge and key west. Got 38k for 3 games against false bay and then 42k for a Saturday game against false bay. Seems you get better attendance against better teams. Still not sure why I'm averaging 3-4k less than what I averaged last year when my fan interest is higher. But oh well, I'll roll with the punches

Nice share. Share more of these... bookmarks.

Mine was just the minimum ratings to qualify for a position. Like you could have great skills in IF arm, IF error, but if you don't have IF turn double play at a certain level you would never get any positional points at 3B at all, no matter how long you play there.

Yeah it looks like attendance is more variant depending on your team's standing and also the team you're playing's standing

BTW I started using OneNote for OOTP so I'm throwing all this stuff in there as I find it. Also using it for team notes, roster planning, etc.

I never really noticed that but I've never really looked for it. I have noticed however usually a 10-15% increase on weekend games.

I'm just kinda dumbfounded by the one 25k game I got. I checked weather and it was normal. Just never seen an outlier like that before.
