edit: you see it’s really quite simple. 4 games vs the 7 teams in division. Plus 2 games against each team in the other conference, gets you to 60 total. 22 games against the other division can be handled a few ways. Either 2 teams get 2 games and 6 get 3 or 5 get 2 and 3 get 4.
